Rabbi Dr. David Harbater

Rabbi Dr. David Harbater has been involved in Jewish education for over 35 years, both in Israel and in the US.
He has taught Bible, Jewish thought, Talmud and Halakhah to high school students and to adults of all ages and has developed Judaic Studies curricula for the world-renowned Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning, a curriculum on Parashat Shavua for parents and teachers of teens, and curricula on Israel for the Jewish Agency and other organizations. Harbater wrote his PhD dissertation on the complexities of openness in religious education and has published articles in the field.
